Shipping Info: All depends from the ship delivery to your country and usually arrived in 1-2 weeks. At the time we received payment of you, you must allow us a 48h delay to process your order, knowing we send packages twice a week. Return Policy: There is no time limit for payment but we trust you and hope you will pay as fast as possible, to avoid the cancelling of your order and people like you are the ones that keep us going. Your support means a lot!.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise after we send the package and give the shipping tracking number on your package, because this is a matter of acceptance in your country.
However, if there are any problems with your order or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us as soon as possible : send an e-mail within three days after the package reached you so we can think about a solution together.
You can either return your order for exchanged with something else for up to three days from you received the items and no refunds. Returned for exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and the postage cost of return charged by customers.
